About the role
An exciting career opportunity exists for a passionate Casual Chef to join the Calvary Family the successful candidate will work alongside Calvary Central Districts Hospital kitchen brigade who provide tasty and enjoyable meals to our patients. The position also offers non-patient cooking including but not limited to high end catering for medical professionals and official functions. Calvary Central Districts Catering team prides itself on providing numerous staff wellbeing meals throughout the year which will show your skills to the wider Calvary Central Districts Team
Your main duties will include:
Creation and serving of satisfying and nutritional meals
Maintaining high levels of Food Safety
Create exceptional quality food across the different diets while including function work and celebration days
About you
Trade cooking qualifications are essential
Fully Qualified Chef with leadership experience
Firm understanding of the Food Safety Standards
Willingness to join a great team in sync with the Calvary Values
