The Intensive care Registered Nurse role at Calvary John James offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Registered Nurses form a fundamental part of our Intensive Care Unit and the multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Doctors.
Our Registered Nurses apply their professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of their patients. The passionate team work cohesively to support people through some of their most vulnerable moments, managing an array of acute illness and diseases to patients with complex disease process, not limited to critical care, cardiac and neurological issues.
What you bring
Mandatory:
Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience of working in ICU, HDU or even Emergency
Evidence of commitment to maintaining ongoing professional development through the participation in education, and training activities relevant to the field of clinical practice.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through the participation in education and training activities relevant to the field of clinical practice.
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation.
Highly Desirable:
Post Graduate qualification in Advance Practice Nursing, Critical Care Nursing or working towards the same.
