Registered Nurse – Orthopaedics Ward

We work closely with our surgeons to provide high quality and personalised care for our patients. We pride ourselves on being a patient advocate and developing sound systems to enable this. The successful applicant will aim to support and entrench a culture of clinical excellence and best practice.
About you
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Lynch ward looks after a large variety of surgical orthopaedic patients pre/post operatively and are looking for permanent part-time nurses to join the team.
What you bring
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Well developed clinical skills to support the NSQHS quality standards
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
