Executive Assistant- Calvary Bruce Private hospital- Permanent
This position of Executive Assistant at Calvary Bruce Private, is a position that forms a dynamic and integral part of the executive team here at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, high level administrative support to the General Manager, Director of Clinical Services and Director of Finance. Encompassing the mission and values of Calvary, you will be the primary point of contact to the Executive Suite.
About the role
This position will be located at the Bruce Campus at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital. It is a fulltime role, working Monday to Friday.
Your main duties will include:
Management of office filing systems and office management processes to support the the General Manager, Director of Clinical Services and Director of Finance roles and responsibilities.
Management of the day to day functions of the executive suite including the security and key systems.
Preparation of meeting papers and minutes in accordance with Committee Terms of Reference.
Monitor and manage all phone calls and emails, prioritise actions and escalate where necessary.
Prepare and format documentation including correspondence, submissions, and reports.
About you
Essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
High level of secretarial, organisational and communication skills.
Experience in committee secretariat functions including minute taking.
Maintains confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport at all levels
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Vaccination compliance in alignment with the organisations vaccination policy.
Highly Desirable
Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
Previous experience in a similar role.
