About the role
 
The Calvary Transitional Aged Care Service is seeking a level 1/2 Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. 
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Social Work care to clients of the Transitional Aged Care Service (TACS)
About you
  • Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of AASW.
  • Current unrestricted NSW Class C driver's license or equivalent
  • Post graduate experience working within an aged and disabled population in a health care setting with demonstrated core competency skills in Social Work.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience.
  • Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
