About the role
The Calvary Transitional Aged Care Service is seeking a level 1/2 Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team.
Your main duties will include:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Social Work care to clients of the Transitional Aged Care Service (TACS)
About you
- Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of AASW.
- Current unrestricted NSW Class C driver's license or equivalent
- Post graduate experience working within an aged and disabled population in a health care setting with demonstrated core competency skills in Social Work.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience.
- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
