About the role
The Calvary Transitional Aged Care Service is seeking a level 1/2 Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team.
Your main duties will include:
Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Social Work care to clients of the Transitional Aged Care Service (TACS)
About you
Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of AASW.
Current unrestricted NSW Class C driver's license or equivalent
Post graduate experience working within an aged and disabled population in a health care setting with demonstrated core competency skills in Social Work.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience.
Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
