About the role
As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience whilst at Calvary Community Care. Assist in planning, assessing and evaluating our clients needs with the help of our multidisciplinary team, to promote positive health outcomes. The Enrolled Nurse provides clinical support to our clients and collaborates with our care managers and support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community. Based in Mulgrave Melbourne, this is an opportunity to provide clinical care to clients living in their own homes as well as join our fun Home Care Team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver clinical care to a variety of clients in their homes across Metropolitan Melbourne
Provide clinical reviews and guidance to our Care management team to address clinical risk and promote quality care
Work collaboratively as part of our team through flexible work arrangements that balance autonomous work in the community and team based/ centre based activities.
Demonstrate clinical best practice in a community setting as part of our new clinical team
About You
AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate
Recent nursing/clinical experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course
Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Initiative and the desire to continually improve client care
Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes
Candidates with an understanding of the community nursing sector
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a values based organisation
