About the role
 
You will work with the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver leisure-based activities to support and enhance the lives of the residents of Calvary Barongarook Gardens, Colac VIC. 

Your main duties will include:
  • Providing leisure-based activities to residents.
  • Encouraging and supporting residents to take part in activities both within and outside of the home. 
  • Identifying individual resident needs through assessment.
About you
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health 
  • Creativeness and ability to deliver leisure-based activities to residents
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
