About the role

• Take responsibility to ensure all aspects of patient care are of the highest standard.
• Be responsible for patient assessment, planning of care, giving and supervising safe and compassionate care, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.
• Be accountable and autonomous; act in the best interests of patients at all times and take responsibility for own actions and decisions

You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal outcomes.

This very exciting opportunity for an experienced scrub / scout nurse to join us @ CCDH, at a time in which we are preparing for the opening of our new hospital

• Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity and provide Clinical Leadership
• Demonstrated communication. Interpersonal skills and customer service skills

• A desire to share your experiences and participate in the future growth and development of the unit, and assist in the education to staff within the perioperative unit.
