About the role
This role is for someone who can already lead a team of nurses and hospital assistants or who has the ambition to want to learn while doing. We are interested in someone who is ready for the next stage of their career, patient and family focused but also interested in developing themselves personally and professionally. Your main duties will include:
leading a team to provide general and rehabilitation nursing care
developing nursing skills within yourself and your team
overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care within this environment
About you
Valid APHRA registration
Previous nursing experience, minimum of 2years
Can work a flexible rotating roster
Computer literacy skills
Willing to undertake appropriate further education
Willing to hold and develop a clinical portfolio
