About the role
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services in line with a resident centred model of care
Manage and provide efficient, effective and compassionate care planning and assessment
Responsible to ensure medication management is provided in a safe and effective manner in line with legislative requirements and policy
Work collaboratively with staff, other health professionals, the resident, their families and Clinical Leadership teams to ensure clinical decisions are based on best practice and positive resident outcomes
What you bring
Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) (mandatory)
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
Experience in a clinical leadership role with the ability to manage day to day clinical issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to plan, prioritise and manage day to day activities in an efficient manner
Demonstrated computer literacy
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
