About the role
 

Calvary Health Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist (permanent full time) to join our Allied Health team in the delivery of expert care at our Lenah Valley campus. The successful incumbent will be required to manage an acute clinical caseload, covering a range of specialties including: Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Critical Care, General / Colorectal surgery and General Medical. Level dependent on experience, new graduates welcome to apply.

 
Your main duties will include:

  • Conduct assessments and formulate, implement and review interventional plans for routine and more complex acute care patients

  • Keep up to date with current developments in Physiotherapy and ensure these are reflected in service delivery

About you
  • Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current and unlimited AHPRA registration
  • Evidence of acute hospital experience
  • Ability to work both independently / autonomously, and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across all areas of Calvary Hobart as required
