About the role
 
Great opportunity for an experienced Clinical Educator to join our dedicated and supportive education team on a temporary basis to provide leave coverage.
 
Working full time, you will develop and deliver ongoing training and education to staff working across our Aged Care stream, thereby ensuring high-quality care is provided for our resident's.
 
This position is based at our Warabrook office, with flexible working arrangements available.
 
Travel and some overnight stays are required for this position.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Promoting and assisting with skill and capability development.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver short courses, workshops, blended learning programs and resources that align with targeted learning outcomes.
  • Provide real time support to our staff working in Aged Care to ensure high-quality, safe and evidence-based care is provided to our resident's.
 
About you
 
Essential
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with high level ICT skills.
  • Unrestricted drivers license and willingness to travel with overnight stays.
  • Covid-19 vaccination unless assessed exempt.

Desirable

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 OR TAE40122).
