About the role

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the Hospital Assistant in Women's Health works closely with all levels of staff in the unit to provide  support where required, including providing non clinical support to patients and the Midwives and nursing staff, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and order within the Unit, and the provision of general admin and clerical support.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Sound communication skills – verbal and interpersonal
  • Proven experience in a customer relations role
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
  • Has undertaken or is willing to undertake Manual Handling training
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
