About you
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Graduate's within our 2026 GNTP will need to bring a positive solutions focussed attitude and a willingness to learn. Applicant's will be required to begin the GNTP in February 2026 at a 0.8FTE. Our 2026 GNTP positions are Permanent positions.

- Supportive and structured 12 month program
- Dedicated study days
- Dedicated Graduate Nurse Coordinators and supportive preceptors
- 6 month rotations or 12 months in other specialty areas
- Ward/Perioperative positions available
What you bring

Essential
- Most hold or have the intention to complete a Bachelor of Nursing Degree and be registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) by February 2026
- Have the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Utilise well developed communication and interpersonal skills to contribute towards an effective team
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise care
Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer orientated role, Aged Care or Health Assistant roles.
