Registered Nurses –St Clare Ward

• Working 45-60 hours per fortnight on a rotating 7 day roster

About the role

St Clare Ward at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Registered Nurses to join their teams. St Clare is a 35 bed surgical ward that specialize in Urology, Orthopaedic, Plastic, ENT, medical, general surgery and paediatric surgery. It also has 2 outpatient clinics including Fluoroscopic Urodynamic Studies and a Continence and Urology Clinic. The ward has a dynamic team of nursing and support staff.

Duties

• This role is direct patient care role providing excellence in evidence based nursing care
• Development of relationships with like-minded professional people
• Active involvement in staff and patient education

Skills and Experience

• Current AHPRA registration and ability to work as a Registered Nurse
• Recent Acute Care experience – surgical ward nursing preferred
• Post-graduate qualification in acute care, stomal therapy, breast care, urology is highly desirable, however not essential
• excellent customer service
