Registered Nurse - Rehab Unit at St Johns - Full Time

- Hourly rate $40- $51 +super - Pay rate dependent on Enterprise Agreement and experience
Your main duties will include:
- Deliver a patient and family -centred nursing approach to our patients
- Competent clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care
- A strong commitment to health care and professional standards, customer service and risk management
About you
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Previous Rehab experience is essential
- Demonstrated clinical competence in area of specialty
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
- Decision making and delegation skills
