About the role
Our Health Information Support Officer is a key member of the Health Information Services Department. This role is working onsite in the HIS Office, it is a permanent full time role, and is 4 days a week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.
Your main duties will include:
- The Health Information Support Officer is responsible for the data management, reporting and analysis, internally and externally to regulatory bodies including the Department of Health.

You will be required to oversee the integrity and suitability of the data management system in order to provide valid and appropriate information (data sets).

You will be responsible user training and materials, system updates and data compliance audits.
About you:
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated organisational skills, integrity and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
- Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in similar role
