About the role

The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction of the Registered Nurse and is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate care in a patient focused environment.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the Enrolled Nurse works within a team of dedicated staff who provide support, encouragement, and foster safe clinical practice

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of a patient centred model of care within a safe environment.
• Perform the function of an Enrolled Nurse Medication Endorsed within scope of practice
• Demonstrate competent and safe practice when administering medications including nursing duties

What you bring 

• AHPRA Registration with a current practicing certificate.
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting.
• Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others with a can-do attitude, in a mission based organisation
