About the role

The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring our staff receive comprehensive and engaging training.  Reporting to the Learning and Development Site Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering orientation and annual training programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Facilitating educational sessions across the surgical floor.
• Supporting the Learning and Development Site Lead in the development and implementation of training programs.
• Maintaining accurate records of training participation and completion.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure training needs are met.

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration and ability to work as a Registered Nurse
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) OR willingness to complete within first 12-months of commencement
• Proven experience in adult learning and education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials and delivery methods.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred.
