About the role:
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care – Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients.
• Clinical Skills – Administer medications, perform procedures, monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Communication – Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, patients and families to ensure safe and effective care.
• Documentation – Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments and outcomes.
• Education & Advocacy – Educate patients and families about health, treatment, and prevention, while advocating for patient
What you bring:
• AHPRA Registration
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
• Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
