About the role
 

As Calvary's National Digital Content Coordinator, you'll be the creative force behind our digital presence. You will strategically develop and execute content across all our social media channels and website, directly impacting how thousands of people discover and access our health care services, including hospital services, residential aged care, home care and retirement living communities.

Your content won't just build brand awareness—it will educate communities across Australia about vital healthcare resources whilst supporting our Mission to provide compassionate, connected care to our community.

 

Your main duties will include:
 

Content strategy and creation

  • Develop and deliver strategic, multi-channel content that drives brand awareness and educates audiences about Calvary's comprehensive health care services across Australia.
  • Collaborate with regional content owners to transform complex healthcare information into accessible, engaging content across social media and our corporate website.
  • Repurpose and adapt content seamlessly across diverse digital platforms to maximise reach and impact.

Community engagement and analytics

  • Manage inbound responses and foster genuine conversations across all social channels.
  • Leverage analytics to continuously optimise content performance and audience engagement.
  • Produce andn present regular reports with actionable data-driven recommendations to adapt content strategies and improve community connection.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and application updates and recommend new ways to optimise activity and maintain engagement.

Collaboration and brand consistency

  • Partner with regional social media teams to develop localised campaigns that resonate with specific communities.
  • Work closely with the National Customer & Communications team to ensure robust messaging aligned with Calvary’s strategic priorities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while supporting both national and regional healthcare services.

  • Exceptional writing and content creation abilities – You're a natural wordsmith who can make our broad range of healthcare services accessible and engaging.
  • Multi-platform content expertise – You excel at repurposing content for various digital channels while maintaining quality and relevance.
  • Analytics proficiency – Keen ability to read data and leverage insights to continuously improve content performance and audience engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills – You can lead and inspire a team of social media content creators, using compelling communication to drive success across all channels.
  • Genuine passion for helping others – You're driven by our shared Mission to help communities access quality healthcare services.
