About the role:
To provide efficient administrative support and relief within Calvary Healthcare-Kogarah (CHCK) within various departments, filling in for staff on leave or during periods of high workload.
Your main duties will include:
- Provide a high level of customer service both face to face and tele-communication.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, files and documentation.
- Booking patient appointments, minute taking and data entry.
About you:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate and professional attitude, especially in a healthcare setting.
