Position available: Permanent Full-Time
Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 6
Salary Range: $42.13 - $43.13 + superannuation + salary packaging options designed to reduce your taxable income!
Location: This role is based onsite at Calvary Mater Hospital (Waratah)

About the role:
The Administration Department Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Medicine Department by delivering high-level executive assistance, as well as comprehensive organisational and administration support. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the department and contributes significantly to the delivery of consistent, high quality, patient centred care.
Your main duties will include:
- Provide high-level executive and administration support
- Lead and manage the administration team and operations
- Act as the primary liaison for administration matters
About you:
- Experience leading and developing administration teams
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer focused mindset
