About the role
This position is responsible for the provision of high level executive administrative and secretarial support within the Senior Leadership Management Team, Calvary Health Care Kogarah (CHCK).
About you:
-
Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, while managing competing work priorities and workflow within allocated resources
-
Demonstrated experience of responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
-
High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to exercise discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive material
-
Previous experience in diary management using Outlook, including creating, tasks, reminders, updating and cancelling meeting requests with internal and external stakeholders
-
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork
-
Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to instruct others in their use.
