- $37.27 - $38.44 per hour + superannuation + salary packaging options
The role:
Radiation Oncology is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Officer to join our New Patient Scheduling Team. This permanent, part time position is based at Calvary Mater Newcastle. Working as part of our administration team you will liaise with patients, clinicians and referrers to coordinate appointments and manage referrals.
Your main duties will include:
- Coordinate referrals and appointment scheduling.
- Provide exceptional service to clinicians, patients and their families.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by providing flexible administrative support and assisting with team coverage as required.
About you:
- Experience in an administration environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
