• Provide quality Allied Health assessments and interventions through client focused care in line with evidence-based practice.
• Monitor and evaluate progress and outcomes of plans and initiate appropriate referrals.
• Maintain clinical notes as per clinical documentation standards and policies.
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary team members ensuring a collaborative approach to care.

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant
• Clinical experience in collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner Initiative and organisational skills
• Demonstrated high standard of clinical and professional practice
• Able to demonstrate effective communication both verbal and written
• A commitment to high professional standards and ongoing professional development
• Current COVID-19 Vaccinations and other relevant immunisations
