About the role
n this dynamic role, the Intake Officer will support both CHAP and HCP clients, managing new referrals and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. The position also involves assisting with the ongoing coordination of CHSP clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Working directly with the Service Manager, the Intake Officer will play a key role in supporting the operational growth and development of the business.
Your main duties will include:
Meeting with potential HCP clients and selling Calvary services
Facilitating in the reviews of CHSP clients and making referrals to my aged care
reporting weekly on intake KPIs
