About the role
As Billing Officer you will ensure Hospital invoices issued to Health Insurers, patients and third parties are accurately billed within 5 days of a patients discharge date and in accordance with the individual contract rules.
Your main duties will include:
- Identifies and understands the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Interaction with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Establish and maintain a professional network with worker of related industries and businesses
About you
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent Analytical Skills
