About the role
 
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment and enjoys working across diverse clinical areas!
 
This permanent part-time position offers a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work across both the main hospital Admissions department and the Endoscopy Unit. You will collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Manage patient bookings for Endoscopic procedures with accuracy and attention to details.
  • Coordinate with doctor's rooms for up-to-date bookings.
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to optimise theatre schedules.
  • Support main hospital admissions by processing check-ins and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patient, families, and staff.
  • Uphold hospital standards, confidentiality, and organisational values.
About you
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Experience in hospital admissions (highly regarded)
  • Confident in the use of hospital systems, e.g IPM and adapting to workflow needs across departments.
