About the role
 
Reporting to the Home Manager at Barongarook Gardens ,located in Colac ,Victoria we currently have an opportunity for a Chef to join our team
 
This is a full time position 
 
What you bring:
 
  • A certificate III in commercial cookery/preferably trade qualified
  • Hold Food Safety Supervisor certification 
  • Pervious experience in Aged Care/Health Care or other similar environment
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory bodies, legislative requirements including accreditation, local council and state government
  • Sound knowledge of texture modified food and thickened fluid
  • Intermediate level of computer skills
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate a team of professionals
