Position Description

Permanent Full time- Registered or Enrolled Nurse- Perioperative Services

About the role
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Accepting and providing clinical handover for patients transferring between clinical areas and Perioperative Services
  • Providing reassurance and preparedness for patients and their families preoperatively
  • Preparing and caring for patients in preparation for theatre.
About you
  • Registered with AHPRA
  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • 2-3 years experience as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse 
  • Experience working in Surgical Services
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
