About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Care Coordinator / Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.
What you bring
- Prior administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
- Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
