Care Coordinator - Home Care
Role is based in Kogarah
6-month fixed term contract with a possibility to extend.
Full time hours
Your main duties will include:
- Scheduling client services
- Working on, ongoing Support Workers rosters
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
About you
- Scheduling experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a high paced environment
- Aged or Home Care knowledge
