Care Manager - Home Care | Permanent Part Time | Launceston, TAS

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives? Calvary is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our Home Care team in Launceston, leading compassionate care delivery in the comfort of clients' own homes.

About This Role:
As our Care Manager, working 45 hours per fortnight, you'll oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality home care services, ensuring our clients receive personalised support that promotes independence and wellbeing. You'll manage a dedicated team of care workers whilst building strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

What We're Looking For:
- Relevant qualification in nursing, allied health, or management
- Experience in aged care, home care, or healthcare management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region
