About the Opportunity

As a Casual Chef or Cook, you'll work flexible hours whilst contributing to our mission of providing compassionate healthcare. You'll be part of a supportive kitchen team dedicated to delivering meals that promote healing and wellbeing across our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and special needs
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
• Follow menu planning guidelines and portion control procedures
• Assist with stock management and kitchen maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Chef with relevant culinary training
• Experience in healthcare, aged care, or institutional cooking preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
