About the role
The Chef is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards in quality of services and food production.
This position is day shifts only, hours vary between 07.00 and 17.00.
What you bring
- Certificate lll or lV in commercial cooking or other relevant trade certificate or relevant years experience
- Experience in bulk cooking and food preparation
- Working knowledge of the HACCP principles food safety standards and regulations
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to order stock and maintain budget
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
