About the role
We have a 0.5 FTE Clinical Nurse Educator position available within our Learning and Development Team. This role works across Lenah Valley and St. Johns, supporting medical and surgical wards, including cardiac and paediatric patients. The position is split across both campuses – Lenah Valley 0.3 FTE and St. Johns 0.2 FTE – and we will consider flexible arrangements if appropriate. In collaboration with the Learning & Development Managers and Nurse Unit Managers, you will facilitate and deliver high-quality clinical education and support to nursing staff, ensuring excellence in patient care.
About you
- AHPRA Registration with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience in an acute setting
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (or willingness to undertake if successful)
- Experience facilitating education in a variety of settings (individual, group, simulation)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
