We are seeking a motivated Clinical Nurse to oversee St Catherine Ward. This permanent oversees the daily operations for inpatients, and involves the effective management of clinical operations and staff within our the unit
This is a level 2 role, reporting directly to the Clinical Manager
Your main duties will include:
Working collaboratively with the Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations
Implement and maintain clinical standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Foster a collaborative environment among multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
About you
Current registration AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, demonstrating compliance with professional standards.
Management or relevant post-graduate speciality qualification.
Proven experience in oncology and haematology nursing, with a deep understanding of related clinical practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team towards achieving department goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
