About the role
Calvary Hospital Riverina are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Perioperative team. This position will be a permanent part time role with shifts from Monday to Friday and some on-call requirements. The successful candidate will work across both our Main Theatres and Surgicentre.
Your main duties will include:
- To deliver high quality and safe care for patients in the perioperative department
- To contribute to education and quality management in the perioperative department
- To practice in accordance of national, infection control and perioperative standards
About you
- Current Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualifications (desired)
- Demonstrated extensive nursing experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- High quality communication and team work skills
- Experience in clinical education and quality management
