About the role
Calvary Adelaide Hospital is the largest private hospital in South Australia, specialising in both acute care and rehabilitation services. We provide a high quality service within a large interdisciplinary Allied Health team, to a range of patients including ICU, orthopaedic, cardiorespiratory, general medical, general surgical, neurosurgery, spinal surgery, neurology, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Allied Health team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist or a Health Psychologist.

  • Part time, permanent position available
  • Minimum 3 years of applicable experience required
  • Supportive, team based environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload including outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation and acute care
  • Participate in the multi-disciplinary management of patients throughout their healthcare journey
  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members and students
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of high quality services
  • Participate in professional development and education of colleagues

What you bring:

  • Experience in Clinical or Health Psychology assessment and interventions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant disease, conditions and hospital presentations
  • Full practicing AHPRA registration and participation in clinical supervision
  • High quality communication and organisation skills
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
