About the role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Cook to join our hospitality team, working a variety of casual shifts across 7 days on a fortnightly basis at Calvary Riverina Hospital Wagga Wagga.
A variety of shifts available to suit your needs and lifestyle.
Your main duties will include:
- You would be responsible for the production and service of high quality freshly prepared meals for our patients.
- being part of a team that maintains and cleans our well equipped commercial kitchen.
- uniforms and orientation training with specialised diets are supplied.
About you
- A motivated and capable individual with an eye for detail and a focus on quality.
- Cert 2 or 3 in commercial Cookery or the equivalent in previous industry experience.
- Experience with high volume and bulk cookery is an advantage.
- the ability to work as a part of a team and autonomously as needed.
