About you

As Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.

Our Registered Nurses working in the Perioperative specialty area of Anaesthetics form a key part of the preoperative team at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive, holistic patient centred care to patients before, during and after receiving anaesthesia.

Our Hospital features eight state-of-the-art digitally integrated theatres and a 16-bed post anaesthetics care unit that sees a diverse range of procedures and complexities.

What you bring

Minimum of 1 years Anaesthetics &/or PACU experience
Current nursing registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated knowledge, application and competency standards of the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses, Infection Control - AS5369 and HICMR Quality and Risk Management Systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail orientated and highly adaptive
Post Graduate qualifications in Anaesthesia Nursing or equivalent (Desirable)
