About the role
In these roles you may cover a variety of caseloads including rehabilitation, aged care and palliative care. You may work in an inpatient, community or outpatient setting and will receive adequate support to allow you to grow within these specialties.
Your main duties will include:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Dietetic care to patients/clients of Calvary Health Care Kogarah
About you:
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Australia and a current Drivers Licence (Class C).
- Demonstrated core competency skills in Dietetics within aged care, rehabilitation and/or palliative care.
- Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence based practice, commensurate with years of experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.
- Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching, commensurate with years of experience.
- Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah
