    • Calvary Health Care Bethlehem is a 32 bed health care facility providing a range of inpatient, community and ambulatory services for palliative care and progressive neurological conditions.

    About the role

    The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate care in a patient-focused environment. The position is working in St. Teresa’s Unit supporting patients with general palliative and neuro-palliative care needs.

    This is a fixed-term Maternity Leave backfill position, 72 hours/fortnight working morning and afternoon shifts.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
    • A strong commitment to customer service and risk management
    • A commitment to their own learning and quality improvement
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism
    • The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team

     What you bring  

    • Two years clinical experience in an inpatient setting
    • AHPRA Registration
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
    • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
    • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
