About the role
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive, high-level administrative support to both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. This position involves managing complex diaries, coordinating travel, planning meetings and events, handling expense administration, conducting research, and preparing executive presentations and documentation.
Key responsibilities include building collaborative relationships across the Executive Leadership Team, executive assistants network, and Finance and Strategy departments. The role requires exceptional judgement, discretion, and proactive thinking to anticipate executive needs and streamline their workflows.
The successful candidate will embody Little Company of Mary Health Care's core values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect whilst supporting two senior executives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position demands advanced coordination skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About you
- Minimum 5 years providing high-level executive support
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Exceptional confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities with ability to prioritise competing demands and anticipate needs
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision whilst managing ambiguity and pressure
- Flexibility and willingness to support colleagues during peak periods
- Strong alignment with LCMHC's mission, values and vision, consistently representing these in all professional interactions
- Ability to escalate appropriately and remain composed during shifting priorities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellence in a healthcare environment
