Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and meaningful environment? We are seeking a Home Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our aged care home.

 
About the role
 
This part-time position provides high level administrative support to the Home Manager and leadership team. The role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient day to day operations of the home while delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, staff, and visitors.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Providing timely and accurate administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of resident care and home operations
  • Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, representatives, and stakeholders regarding administrative matters
  • Managing reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors and contractors, and coordinating appointments
Essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
  • High attention to detail
  • Relevant qualification and demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a complex environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education / training.
  • Sound knowledge of administrative practices
