About the role
As the Hospital Coordinator you are responsible for providing leadership, operational and resource management of nursing, ancillary and other staff outside of normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently and enthusiastically delivers high levels of patient service to exceed patient expectations
- Knowledge of and demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence-based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements
- Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct, industrial agreements and ANMC competencies
What you bring
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting, minimum 5 years
- Successful completion of Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
- Practices in accordance with ACQSHC National standards
