About the role
Calvary Adelaide Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital located in the Adelaide CBD. We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Services Manager to provide effective leadership across catering and cleaning services, ensuring consistently high-quality service delivery in line with Calvary’s mission and values.
This is a full-time leadership position, responsible for managing hospitality operations across a large acute hospital environment, including food services, cleaning standards and contracted services. You will work closely with executive leaders, clinical teams and external providers to ensure safe, efficient and patient-centred service delivery, with a strong focus on food safety, infection control and quality assurance.
Your main duties will include:
- Lead and manage catering and cleaning services to meet quality, safety and accreditation standards
- Oversee food safety, HACCP compliance, infection control and hospitality quality systems
- Manage people, rosters, budgets and supplier relationships to deliver efficient services
About you
- Relevant qualification in hospitality or related discipline
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or service environment
- Experience in health, hotel or complex service settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety, WHS and infection control principles
- Effective communication, problem-solving and people leadership skills
