Hospitality Services Manager - Permanent Full Time- Calvary Riverina Hospital - Wagga Wagga

About the role
The Hospitality Manager is a full time role that supervises and directs the hospitality services for Calvary Riverina Kitchen and housekeeping functions (approximately 25 staff supporting the service delivery). The role is responsible for the oversight of hospitality services over the main hospital, SurgiCentre (day surgery) and the Calvary Riverina Drug and Alcohol unit).
Your main duties will include:
- Maintain efficient and effective use of the human and material resources to achieve financial targets
- Responsible for maintaining the departmental HACCP Food Safary program
- Manages and maintains the ongoing review of practices in the work area
About you
- Minimum 5 years management experience in the hospitality industry
- Sound knowledge of Food Standards/regulations
- Sound knowledge of Cleaning Standards/Regulations
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service
- Possess the technical skills and expertise necessary for sound and professional menu development and processes for delivery to patient
- Proven skills in the calculation and ordering of all stock
- Competent computer knowledge
- Strong leadership skills
