About the role
We are seeking a warm, creative, and resident‑focused Leisure & Activities Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support our residents to live meaningful, connected, and enjoyable lives through personalised activities, social engagement, and day‑to‑day support.
If you have a passion for helping older people maintain independence, wellbeing, and joy in their everyday routine, we would love to hear from you.
Your main duties will include:

- Facilitate and participate in daily activities, social programs, and community engagement opportunities.
- Encourage residents to join activities that promote physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.
- Assist with planning and preparing activity materials, sessions, and themed events.
About you
- Certificate Level IV in Leisure & Health or other relevant qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities and programmes for frail people with cognitive impairment and other disabilities.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others
